Get in-person help with your laptop, tablet, smartphone, or eReader. Make an appointment with one of our tech staff to help you troubleshoot device problems or to learn more about how to get the most out of your devices. Be sure to tell us what kind of device you need help with in advance and what kind of issues you’re having.
While our library staff are not IT professionals, we have a wealth of practical IT skills and are happy to provide computer training and advice within the scope of our knowledge.
This session is held by a LitCNY volunteer. No Hive equipment training can be given at this session.
