
MEETING THE CHALLENGES OF BILINGUAL EVALUATIONS Speech Language Pathologists, Psychologists, Special Education Teachers, and Motor therapists who conduct evaluations on young children will gain information on best practice including: use of interpreters, informal and dynamic assessment techniques, second language acquisition, key factors in determining the presence of disability and goals for therapy and parent counseling. Information on the New York State bilingual extension certificate will also be shared. Presenters:
